Very tasty and friendly food. We had lunch, there wasn't much going on, the staff asked several times for the right thing, very good. Ask if this is different with more business. The dishes lacked some spices. Price / performance good.

The dishes are nicely presented and taste very good. The service is very good. You know what to do. For me personally, they could be a little more open-minded, then there would certainly be one more star for the sympathy. Nevertheless, this location is highly recommended. The dishes and the ice cream always taste very good and you always get a large portion. Most dishes can also be ordered in children's portions, which I think is very nice. The prices are also justified. The service is always very friendly and accommodating. Overall, there is also a good atmosphere in the restaurant. I can only recommend.

A great team, very friendly and very tasty. Since there is always a lot going on, you have to wait about 30 minutes for the food. The waitress regularly asks whether everything is OK. We are always very satisfied and can recommend the restaurant to others.

Authentic Italian food. Tastes delicious! Very attentive service. Even special requests were easily fulfilled. I can really recommend Da Gianni without reservation. We have been coming here for years and will be back for sure. Thank you for the lovely evening.

Ice cream is good. Long wait for the ice cream. Had ordered 4 different balls. Was pointed out by the waiter that with 4 scoops of ice cream I "only" had two different types of ice cream to choose from. Probably no waiter can memorize more than two types of ice cream at once. Otherwise I don't see any reason for it. I've never had that anywhere in the world.

Absolutely not recommended. After 1.5 hours we only paid for the drinks without getting any food and left. It took 30 minutes for the drinks to come. An absolute joke. We have never experienced such poor service. Better to eat elsewhere, unfortunately you have to award a point here

Delicious pizza. Preparation fresh, therefore plan about 30 to 45 minutes. But definitely worth it. Ice cream is very good too. Average price. I. In contrast to the pizza in the Centerparc, this is 300% better

Nicely located on the tourist promenade in Tossenen. Nice to sit, good atmosphere. However, nothing special in culinary terms. To be highlighted are the waiters who are on the ball and despite the high number of guests are friendly and keep a cool head. Price performance is ok.

A very great restaurant with delicious food and great service. After the meal there was even a treat on the house. We were here for 2 days and today the owner and his employee were so nice and drove us to our apartment so we didn't have to walk so far in the dark. Thank you very much and we will definitely be back and will recommend you to others, because you rarely get such a service. Not to say nowhere.

A shame ... read so much good about this place. Pizza cold, cheese not melted, sent back, still not hot but lukewarm. Lasagna a pile of melted cheese with tomato sauce. Hardly any meat or batter. That it then takes an hour ... is not a problem. We are on vacation and the drinks were good. Free ice cream too. Another thing ... no receipt. For us not again.

We had a wonderful experience, came to the Nordseeküste for a little holiday. Our children loved the pizza, and I had the rigatoni arrabbiata and my husband had the tortellini with prawns and it was terrific. They also had tasty gelato with really good flavors and great prices. When we visit again we will be sure to stop in for multiple meals again.

We have never eaten such a good pizza. We ate 6 out of 8 days of our holiday at Da Gianni. Whether pizza, ice cream or bruschetta. Everything was very tasty and well presented. The waitresses are very friendly. Definitely recommend!

Mediterranean cosiness, if you want to eat something quickly, you will be disappointed here, because you have to be patient until the cellar brings the menu, serves the drinks, opens the food and, last but not least, presents the bill! All in all very friendly and we all tasted the pizzas very good. Unfortunately, our youngest didn't have the patience for a dessert, so we all had to forego it, who knows when the little one would have got to bed !?

Unfortunately the visit was very disappointing. Table reserved for inside, had to sit outside. Waited 1 hour for the starter, my wife got the wrong one. (Ordered creamy lobster soup, get a seafood pot) Let it go back, no excuse, no indication that there is nothing new, let alone being able to choose a different starter. Main course came again 1 1/2 hours later. Main course: Calzone was okay, contained quite a bit of liquid. Lasagna obviously warmed up several times, which is why the noodles have almost completely dissolved, the edge completely burned. Cocktails: Long Island Icetea - good value for money Zombie ordered something else that wasn't on the menu. In terms of taste but okay, so don't let it go back. Service: Unfortunately only very bad German, which is why real communication was difficult and there was a lack of understanding about the complaints. Annoyed reactions. Price: The prices shown are not correct. Example: cocktails € 5.99 in the menu on the invoice € 6.00 Apparently all prices have just been rounded up. We just paid because we wanted to leave. We would not have been understood anyway. Conclusion: ONCE AND NEVER AGAIN !!!

We were in Tossens for 12 days and spent 11 days of them in the evenings, to eat or just to have a drink at Da Gianni. The food, the drinks and the homemade ice cream were just delicious from top to bottom. The service was more than friendly and accommodating. Price performance and quality do not match, the prices are far too cheap for the quality. Who of the criticizing here, because of the price has something to complain about, should take a vacation in the Netherlands because this criticism would be justified because you would pay more than twice as much. The fact that you have to wait a little or something is forgotten is also human if the restaurant breaks at the seams, so not really a point of criticism. In short, if you don't feel safe here in the restaurant, you really shouldn't come back, as it is absolutely incomprehensible. If we come to Tossen again, we will be very happy to be back here. Unfortunately, you won't find the homemade ice cream again that quickly.

Food and service is good. Unfortunately no high chair and no children's cutlery / small fork and spoon. Not barrier-free. On the whole good for eating and drinking outside too. Unfortunately it was a bit more difficult for us / me. Therefore two star deduction

Just went there for a coffee and crepes. Price performance of the crepes with ice cream and cherries was not justified. It was a crepe with AN ice ball on the side. The picture clearly showed an ice ball in the crepe (which I know from other restaurants). Nothing special in terms of taste. It was not considered appropriate to provide napkins. You should only eat the crepe with a fork and knife. A spoon is only available on request. Staff was friendly. For information to the operator: The glass picture with the company name, which is hanging on the wall outside, is mirrored. I don't think it's by design.

The pizza was excellent and the service very friendly and courteous. We are also happy to respond to special requests here. for a few little things I unfortunately have to give one star less. Among other things, the chocolate ice cream was really delicious. The stracciatella ice cream, on the other hand, was rather tasteless. On the days when I was there, however, it was also very busy.

Great location on the main strip to the beach. Fantastic, friendly staff. Great ice cream. Only negative is that they don't have serve any Panna cotta. We ate there several times.
